Here is our schedule for summer workouts. Workouts are not mandatory, but they are highly encouraged. For each workout, the supervising coach is listed under the time, so if you have any questions about workouts for that particular day/week, contact the coach listed on the calendar. It is important for players to show up to tryouts in shape and ready to go, so even if you cannot make it to most of the workouts, you should be doing things on your own to make sure you are ready. We will have a lot of new players at tryouts this year and we are not losing any seniors, so even if you were on the team this past year that does not guarantee that you will make the team this coming season.

- shin guards
- tennis shoes
- completed physical
- soccer ball (not required; but if you have one, bring it with you)
- goalie gloves if you plan on trying out as a goalie
