Attached is the schedule for the Heritage Husky Jamboree. Our first scrimmage is at 11:00 AM, and players should be at Heritage by 10:30.
*If you made one of the teams, there will be a parent meeting tomorrow after practice, at 9:00 AM

Tryouts will be August 3-5, from 7-9 AM. For tryouts, you will need a completed physical form, cleats, shin guards, and running shoes.
Here is our schedule for summer workouts. Workouts are not mandatory, but they are highly encouraged. For each workout, the supervising coach is listed under the time, so if you have any questions about workouts for that particular day/week, contact the coach listed on the calendar. It is important for players to show up to tryouts in shape and ready to go, so even if you cannot make it to most of the workouts, you should be doing things on your own to make sure you are ready. We will have a lot of new players at tryouts this year and we are not losing any seniors, so even if you were on the team this past year that does not guarantee that you will make the team this coming season. *Rising freshmen must be finished with middle school before they can attend workouts* Things you need for workouts:
All athletes must have an up to date physical in order to participate. You can get a physical for $10 from the Orthopedic Specialists of North Carolina (OSNC) in Wakefield. A copy of the participation form can be downloaded below; print it out and take it with you to the doctor.
